President Bush jokes with reporters that he intends to "do a little dance, make a little love, and get down tonight" in honor of counselor Karen Hughes. Hughes said Tuesday, April 23, 2002, she's resigning from the White House to return to Texas, but will continue advising President Bush from afar.
